We truly value your custom and If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
You have 7 working days to return an item from the date you received it.
Non-personalised Items - To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Personalised Items - To be eligible for a return on personalised items, there must be a fault with your item, the item is not as described or does not resemble what is shown on the product page on our website.
If the conditions above are met then we will cover your postage cost. To get a postage refund you will need to enclose a postage receipt in the package. If you prefer, we can arrange for the item to be collected from you. Just speak to someone in our team.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your Paypal or nominated bank account.
We only process refunds once per week on a Friday. Once your refund has been made it should show as a credit on your account within 24 hours.
Deal Site Customers
If you have purchased your item through a dealsite such as Groupon, Wowcher or Amazon, you will need to contact them directly.
We would be more than happy to supply any information that they might need to generate your refund quicker.
If you paid your postage separately and through our site then we will refund you for that separately.
